Kristi Fender

Kristi has been practicing since 2006. Her deep passion for working with children and helping individuals achieve their highest functional potential inspired her to pursue a career in occupational therapy. Kristi earned her Bachelor of Occupational Studies and Master of Occupational Therapy degrees from Worcester State College.

Over the years, Kristi has worked with a wide range of populations, including adults and teens recovering from brain injuries, strokes, orthopedic injuries, acute trauma, and complex medical conditions. She has provided care in various settings, including acute hospitals, rehabilitation centers, and long-term care facilities.

When she’s not working, Kristi enjoys spending quality time with her husband, two children, and their dog. She loves practicing yoga, cooking, hiking, and relaxing by the lake. Kristi also cherishes visits with family in Maine.

Fun Fact: Kristi often encourages messy play with her clients and families, but she cannot tolerate it herself, secretly!
